LOL. Hey hey hey. So it's been awhile since I typed out my feelings and goings on. But the wait is over. Here I is. So basically I have been working on CAKIN' lately. 24/7. My first weekend out in Montauk, I sold way over 20 necklaces to friends & others and almost the whole rack of 12 at 668 The Gig Shack! And that was only a WEEKEND! They're now open ALL week long so I replenished the rack there with 16 cakes -- 2 were sold as I was re-stocking so they're were 14 when I was last there Sunday afternoon. Also, I was offered to sell them in another store out there - it's called kelly b. it's a new boutique. Very fashionable. The clothes and accessories are adorable and the prices aren't bad AT ALL! Esp. for out there - clothes are ridiculously expensive...I mean like $180 for a shirt, expensive. This place is completely reasonable. A dress for $75. NOT BAD! I believe the woman who runs the store is also the owner of another store on the same strip..which I may also be able to show case jewelry in. So, I'm super excited about that. Out there, the prices for the necklaces will either be $12 or $15 I'm not sure yet. I have to calculate all of my expenses and so forth. The weekend was nice though. I spent it on my fathers boat..it wasn't beach weather but it was nice. The beach day was Monday ----- but I had to leave early. Reasoning left out. :sigh Anyways -- I can't wait to go back. Hopefully the next time will be a complete beach weekend so my entire body can get it's life back LOL. My arms, chest, and face got some color -- one arm in particular, got sun burn -- driver's tan. LOL. Today, I got a callback from URBAN OUTFITTERS! Finally! I go up to their Montclair store tomorrow morning to fill out paperwork and next Wednesday I start in the store space and help set up the store (it's a brand new store in the local mall so it's super fresh). We have to put up fixtures, tables, etc. Basically the skeleton of the store. I'm excited though. Yippee! & an ALERT! I'm dying my hair again tomorrow. LMAO. I'm lightening it -- hopefully it's a huuuuge drastic change -- it's what I'm aiming for. I'm getting chunky warm sand highlights through my entire head.
