He's been one of my best friends for over 6 years now and now he's been taken out of Rutgers University and put in jail. They want to deport him to Egypt because his parents never filed for his papers. He found out last year that his papers aren't legal and his parents had since he was 6 months old (when he came to this country) to get him registered. They failed to and now he is suffering for their mistakes. He doesn't read or write arabic and can only understand a small amount of it. He needs all the help he can get. We want him to stay not only because we love him but because he'll be forced into the military then put on the streets if he is sent back to Egypt. He has no family there and he'd be lost. Please..if you could..sign this petition for me and my friends. We're all raising money for lawyers to back him. Lawyers that his family claims they can't get.
